Wohali starts with a masterpiece of topography and Western elegance where you gather with friends and loved ones, a place that is authentic to the mountains. Wohali is comprised of two parcels with more than 5,000 acres. All of Wohali's offerings will be located on the main Wohali parcel, which is located in a private valley flanked by rock cliff bands at the base of Lewis Peak. The Wohali Community will be a mountain retreat for 428 generational estates & cottages, with unique designs and floor plans for each. Wohali aims to blend timeless old-world European-inspired architecture with modern touches and amenities from today.

The Wohali Backcountry is a private, sprawling 3,300+ acres of jaw-dropping valleys, creeks, ponds, peaks, and ridges yearning to be explored. The Backcountry will allow Wohali resort members and guests to explore the awe-inspiring landscape with the help of Wohali's expert Adventure Center staff. Wohali's backcountry provides access to Utah's finest natural ridges, bowls, creeks, and ponds. It is full of wildlife and native flora, including wildflowers, grasses, pine trees, and aspen groves.

At the core of the Wohali community is Wohali Village. Wohali Village which will be home to the majority of Wohali's amenities centered around a European-style square designed to be a meeting place for family and friends. Surrounded by timeless architecture with a modern flare, Wohali Square will accommodate a quiet cup of coffee or a live concert stage for the Fourth of July. The square will include the Wohali Golf Club, restaurants, cafe, grab-and-go market, spa & wellness facility, pools, and fitness facilities.

Wohali offers two unique products: Wohali Estates and Wohali Village Cottages. Families who want to build a custom home will purchase an Estate Lot with big views of Lewis Peak, Echo Reservoir, Wohali Bluff, or the Eagle Championship Golf Course. Estate Lots offer privacy, space, and the ability for homeowners to build the estate of their dreams. Wohali Village Cottages will flourish from the Wohali Square matured around the Nest Short Course, putting course, ponds, and walking trails. The Village will include several floor plans each offering unique old world European inspired timeless architecture.

Throughout the property, resort members and their guests will have access to a wide variety of unique amenity buildings, including the Lake House, the Adventure Center, the Burrow, the Wohali Racquet Club, four restaurants, the Lodge & Spa, and much more.
